Dave Camp receives award from business group

Tuesday, Congressman Dave Camp, R-Midland, received an award from the Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce (APCAC).  The award recognizes Camp’s work on international tax reform and his role in the passage of the Colombia, Panama, and South Korea Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). An analysis by the American Farm Bureau Federation and U.S. Department of Agriculture Economic Research Service estimates the FTAs will increase direct agriculture exports from Michigan by $44.6 million per year and create more than 400 jobs.
