Some Midland County churches could close

In a reorganization plan that could be finalized in January, Diocese of Saginaw leaders may close about half the churches in the Catholic organization’s 11-county reach including Midland County. Officials recently announced the recommendations that could become reality by next summer. Here’s an overview of Midland County-area churches that could be affected both by closures and merged services between parishes.
