The Chemics dominated the first three quarters against Dow High and rolled to a 38-13 victory in Saginaw Valley League football at Midland Stadium. Avery Chatman rushed for 202 yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries to lead the Chemics. With the win, Midland avenged last year's 24-0 loss to Dow and finishes the regular season at 8-1. Now, the Chemics will have to wait until Sunday night to see who they'll face in the first round of the MHSAA postseason -- and where.
