Traffic on U.S. 10 in Midland County was briefly impacted early Thursday afternoon after a truck transporting a heavy piece of machinery lost control and flipped over. A Consumer Energy truck carrying an excavator rolled over on the eastbound ramp to Stark Road in Midland County. The exit was closed for a while, and the highway was down to one lane.
