Fundamentals of Starting a Business seminar offered in Midland

The Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center-Great Lakes Bay offers a free Fundamentals of Starting a Business seminar from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6 at Dow Memorial Library. This seminar is designed for individuals who are considering self-employment, or are at the beginning stages of starting their business.
