Midland Man Charged with Sexual Assault, Child Porn

Robert Potts, 73 was charged with sexually assaulting a minor over a 16 year period. The victim, who was 9 years old when the assault began is developmentally disabled. He is also charged with creating child porn. Authorities believe that there may be more victims.
