Civil suit filed in dentist embezzlement case

The Midland husband and wife already facing criminal charges in connection with the embezzlement of money from a local dentist now face an eight-count civil suit.

Dr. Michael Smith filed the suit that accuses Stepanie and Kenneth Cieslinski of embezzling more than $1 million and actively lying to cover up the theft.
