Man sentenced for Midland identity theft

A 20-year-old Detroit man has been sentenced to between two and five years in prison for three counts of identity theft that occurred in Midland County.

Reginald Walker first was charged with conducting a criminal enterprise, identity theft and retaining a financial transaction device without consent. He recently pleaded guilty to the original identity theft charge and two added counts of identity theft in exchange for the dismissal of the criminal enterprise and financial transaction device charges.
