Chemics win first ever SVL soccer tourney

Midland went 3-0 to win the first ever Saginaw Valley League Tournament this weekend.


The Chemics beat Flushing 1-0, Bay City Western 2-0, and then defeated rival Dow High 2-1 in the tourney finals.

The Chemics won the Valley for the second consecutive year and will face Grand Blanc next on Saturday.
