Irving's on Main brings gourmet sliders to downtown Midland

Irving’s on Main has opened a new location in downtown Midland. Owners Jacob and Amber Wendt celebrated the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday afternoon, where Amber told attendees she and her husband have a “passion for good food” and that they wish “to share flavors and good wine/beer with Midland.”

On the menu is soup, sandwiches, and their signature gourmet sliders, as well as Michigan-crafted wine and beer.

When asked at the ceremony, Jacob mentioned the name "Irving" is the middle name of his grandfather, which means "green and fresh."[/body]
