Wed Sep 19: Foreclosed property auction
The Midland County Treasurer will hold a minimum bid auction on Wednesday, September 19 at 6:00 pm. The auction will be held at the Midland County Services Building. The sale will be conducted as an auction with the obligation to purchase going to the highest bidder. Properties will be offered in July for no less than the minimum bid which consists of unpaid taxes, fees, interest, and costs of foreclosure and sale.
