Angry: Sharpton's group to return to Saginaw

Al Sharpton is not satisfied with the slap on the wrist received by 3 Saginaw police officers for the killing of Milton Hall, a homeless, mentally ill man.

Sharpton's National Action Network will be returning to Saginaw this Saturday to protest the weak response to what appears to be a needless killing.

In addition, a group called Concerned Citizens of Saginaw plans to call for an independent federal investigation in the matter.
