Mari McKenzie of Yeo & Yeo told the MPS board of education Monday night about the audit for the 2011-12 year. The firm gave MPS an “unqualified” opinion, “which is equivalent to an ‘A,’” she said. The audit also found “no material weaknesses” with internal controls.
