Tennis: Dow over Chemics, 8-0

Austin Woody extends his record breaking win streak to 62

Midland, MI -- Dow High beat cross town rival Midland High today by a score of 8-0. The Chemic's put up a massive fight in three of the singles slots forcing Dow to win 4 out of 4 tie breaks.

[body]Austin Woody came from being down 5-2 in the third to winning the match in a third set tie break despite an incident involving adult spectators which rattled him.

This brings Dow's record to 15-0 on the year including 5-0 in Saginaw Valley League play. Dow's next match is tomorrow versus regional opponent St. Johns.
