Midland High shrugged off slow starts in each set to sweep the visiting Oilers 25-15, 25-12, 25-17 in Saginaw Valley League action, improving to 4-0 in the SVL and keeping alive their hopes of finishing the league schedule undefeated for a third straight season. Midland (29-8 overall) is off until next Tuesday when the Chemics host Bay City Western.
