Elevated dioxin levels found at 22 Midland properties

Of the approximately 150 properties Dow Chemical Co. crews have sampled for dioxins, 22 had levels above 250 parts per trillion. Those property owners have been offered cleanup paid for by Dow and this work is expected to be complete by October of this year.
