Midland Cogeneration to expand

The Midland Cogeneration Venture, is gearing up for a giant expansion.

Could create up to 500 construction and 20 permanent jobs.

Low prices and new 100-year supply estimates make natural gas an attractive proposition for power generation.

Since 2006, natural gas prices have dropped by 60%.
Natural Gas is much cleaner than coal
The MDEQ will hold a 30-day public comment period, allowing residents to send their concerns of support or opposition to the project.
