A benefit dinner is planned for Paul, Brittany and Avery Maxwell from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Midland Evangelical Free Church.
Brittany suffered a spinal cord injury May 20 and is being treated at Detroit’s Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan.
Friends of the family hope to raise money for medical expenses, medical equipment, child care, gas expenses and to cover for reduced income due to the injury.
