The Republican National Committee is slamming the Obama Administration's decision to provide stimulus dollars to the Dow Kokam Advanced Battery Park project in Midland because foreign workers were involved. The RNC includes union worker complaints that Dow Kokam employed Korean nationals to complete construction on the 400,000-square-foot facility on a list of federally-funded projects that outsourced jobs or used foreign workers.
