Woman drowns in Tittabawassee River in Midland

Midland police say they've identified a woman whose body was found in the Tittabawassee River. WSGW-AM reports that police say that 41-year-old Kelly Draper was reported missing Saturday. They say she was last seen near a boat launch in the area of Chippewassee Park. An autopsy Sunday showed that Draper drowned. The station says investigators are waiting for toxicology tests to determine if other factors were involved in the accident.
