Sentencing again rescheduled for Sanford woman convicted of shooting man in Burger King parking lot

The sentencing for a Sanford woman convicted of fatally gunning down her ex-lover in a Burger King parking lot has been adjourned again, as a judge has yet to decide if she should get another trial. Midland County Circuit Judge Jonathan E. Lauderbach was to sentence Rachel M. Moore on Thursday for killing Brian L. Reichow. The sentencing has been rescheduled to the afternoon of Aug. 9, according to staff in the judge’s office. A previous sentencing date of May 31 was also adjourned.
